Third-Party Technology & Services
Skyline systems may connect with or rely upon third-party software, advertising platforms, CRM systems, communication providers, artificial-intelligence services, financial technology, analytics systems, data providers or other vendors.
References to, integrations with or use of third-party technology do not necessarily constitute an endorsement, partnership, regulatory approval or guarantee by the third party.
Third-party products and services are subject to their applicable terms, settings, privacy practices, security controls, availability, functionality, and pricing. Independent provider changes may affect Skyline-supported features. Use of a provider does not eliminate Skyline’s or Tactive’s obligations for their own selection, configuration, collection, use, disclosure, or other activities, as applicable.
Applicable programs may transmit personal information, financial information, document-derived text, prompts, recordings, or other submitted materials to Tactive and external technology providers, including AI providers. Tactive-supported features may use external AI providers, including, but not limited to, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Voyage AI, depending on the enabled feature and configuration.
Tactive principally hosts its application records and documents on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Information does not necessarily remain exclusively within Tactive-controlled infrastructure; external providers may process or retain information under their applicable arrangements.
This page does not promise that all submitted information is anonymized, that every provider uses zero data retention, or that Skyline or Tactive holds SOC 2 or ISO certification or attestation. Safeguards depend on the actual system and production configuration.
See the Privacy Policy for information about collection, processing, sharing, retention, and privacy choices. Do not submit sensitive financial documents through ordinary contact forms, public chat, or routine marketing messages; use only the designated process for the requested service and review its notices.
