Scope of This Privacy Policy & Our Role
In this Privacy Policy, “Skyline,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Skyline Digital Consulting. This policy describes how Skyline handles personal information through this website and Skyline-operated forms, landing pages, communications, programs, and online services that link to or reference this policy.
Skyline primarily serves independent insurance agents, financial advisors, registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, financial-services organizations, and enterprise partners. This website presents Skyline’s professional-facing marketing, consulting, automation, and technology-enabled services.
Who and What This Policy Covers
This policy covers personal information about individual professionals evaluating or using Skyline services, personnel and representatives of professional customers and enterprise partners, and other website visitors. It also covers Skyline’s handling of personal information about consumer prospects and clients when that information is processed through a covered program, submitted by an authorized professional, or received through an authorized connection.
“Professional customers” refers to participating professionals, firms, and organizations using Skyline’s services. “Prospects and clients” refers to individuals whose information is processed in connection with those services. References to “you” concern the individual whose information or privacy choices are being discussed; they do not mean every visitor is a consumer seeking financial advice.
Consumer-Facing Experiences and Other Websites
Skyline Retirement at skylineretirement.com is the consumer-facing education and lead-generation website associated with Skyline. Certain RothAI and AnnuityAI programs also include consumer-facing questionnaires, appointment scheduling, communications, and other experiences. Review the privacy notice and any collection or consent disclosures presented on the specific website or experience being used.
This policy applies to another Skyline-operated website or experience only if it expressly links to or references this policy as its applicable privacy notice. Merely mentioning Skyline Retirement, RothAI, or AnnuityAI here does not make this page the privacy notice for every related website or service.
Organizations Involved
Personal information may be handled by more than one organization during a program. Skyline administers marketing and program activities; Tactive Advisors, LLC provides certain licensed technology; and participating financial professionals and other service providers may receive or process information for their applicable roles.
This policy describes Skyline’s practices. It does not replace separate privacy notices, agreements, or legally required disclosures applicable to Tactive, a participating professional, or another business. A link from this website does not, by itself, make another website or service subject to this policy.
Information We Collect
The information collected or processed depends on the relationship with Skyline, the program involved, the information submitted, and the features or authorized connections used. Information about professional customers is distinct from prospect and client information handled through their programs.
Professional Customer, Firm Representative & Visitor Information
When professionals, firm representatives, or other visitors inquire about or use Skyline services, information may include:
- Name, email address, telephone number, and contact details
- Company or firm name, job title, professional role, and business address
- Professional licensing, registration, affiliation, and firm-approval information
- Program preferences, service interests, and campaign selections
- Appointment, scheduling, onboarding, and support information
- Information submitted through questionnaires, assessments, forms, or chat
- Information provided during sales, consulting, or other service conversations
- Documents, files, and other materials submitted for an applicable service
- Billing and transaction information associated with program enrollment or payment
Prospect & Client Information Processed Through Programs
Professional customers may submit or connect prospect and client information for applicable marketing and technology workflows. Consumers may also provide information through a covered program experience. Depending on the enabled service, this information may include contact details, questionnaire responses, appointment and engagement records, and the following financial or household information:
- Date of birth, age, household information, and marital or filing status
- Income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and net worth
- Account balances, holdings, allocations, and related financial information
- Retirement objectives, financial goals, and planning assumptions
- Insurance information and product-related information
- Risk-profile and behavioral-assessment responses and results
- Information contained in financial statements, tax documents, or other submitted materials
An ordinary professional inquiry or program-enrollment form does not necessarily collect the financial information listed above. Not every program processes every category. Some prospect or client information may be transmitted directly to Tactive or another provider through a designated workflow rather than collected by Skyline’s ordinary website contact form.
Information From Professionals & Connected Services
Applicable programs may receive information from professional customers, their firms, CRM systems, assessment providers, scheduling services, communications platforms, or other authorized connections. This may include professional customer information, prospect and client contact records, questionnaire responses, notes, tasks, appointments, assessment results, and information relevant to the enabled service.
Depending on the service and applicable notices and permissions, communications information may include email and text-message content, call records, meeting information, recordings, transcripts, and summaries.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use websites or digital services, Skyline or applicable providers may collect technical and usage information, including:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Browser, device, and operating-system information
- Pages viewed, referral sources, and visit dates and times
- Clicks, navigation, session activity, and engagement information
- Cookie, device, advertising, and similar identifiers
- Technical logs, error information, and service-performance information
Information Generated Through Programs
Applicable systems may generate prospect-engagement records, communication and scheduling history, assessment results, classifications, summaries, AI-assisted analyses, and other information derived from submitted data or service activity. Derived information may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as a verified fact merely because it was generated by a system.
How We Use Information
Depending on the interaction, applicable permissions, and legal requirements, information may be used to:
- Operate and maintain websites, programs, and services
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information
- Connect a prospect with a participating professional associated with the requested experience
- Schedule appointments and administer onboarding and program participation
- Provide marketing, lead-generation, technology, automation, and consulting services
- Configure campaigns, CRM systems, communications, and professional workflows
- Process questionnaires, assessments, and submitted documents for applicable functionality

- Detect misuse, fraud, security events, and technical problems
- Maintain business, consent, audit, and other applicable records

The purposes listed here describe potential uses within applicable services. They do not authorize a use that is prohibited by law or inconsistent with applicable notices, permissions, or agreements.
Uses for technical support, output evaluation, or improvement may involve reviewing submitted information and generated materials. These activities are distinct from training or fine-tuning an AI model. Additional information about AI-related processing appears below.
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Technologies
Skyline and applicable providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, analytics, and similar technologies to operate services, understand activity, and measure marketing performance.
Depending on the website or experience, these tools may support:
- Website functionality and preferences
- Visitor and prospect-engagement measurement
- Campaign attribution and conversion measurement
- Advertising audience matching or related advertising activity
- Usability, technical support, and service improvement
- Security, fraud prevention, and error detection
Advertising and analytics integrations may process contact identifiers, IP addresses, browser or device information, referral information, and interaction or conversion events. Certain transfers may occur through server-side integrations rather than through browser cookies. Hashing an identifier does not necessarily make the information anonymous.
Applicable technology environments may also use diagnostic tools that collect interaction information or session recordings. Their scope and the information captured depend on the service and configuration; this policy does not represent that every field or displayed item is masked.
This page also loads fonts and image assets from external providers. Requests to those providers may disclose technical information, such as your IP address and browser information. Following an external social-media link may result in additional collection by that platform.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect functionality and may not prevent server-side transfers or other forms of processing. Available advertising choices may also depend on the relevant platform or service.
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to opt out of certain advertising-related uses or disclosures. See the Privacy Rights & Choices section and contact Skyline regarding applicable requests.
Email, SMS & Other Communications
Skyline may use professional customer and representative contact information to respond to business inquiries, administer onboarding and services, manage appointments, provide support, and communicate about programs. For covered consumer-facing experiences, communications may come from Skyline or the participating professional or firm associated with the experience requested by the prospect or client.
Depending on the service and applicable permissions, communications may include email, telephone calls, text messages, appointment reminders, educational content, operational messages, or marketing.
Providing contact information or reading this Privacy Policy does not, by itself, authorize every form of marketing communication. Calls and texts remain subject to applicable law and the specific permissions and notices associated with the relevant form, service, or relationship. This policy is not a substitute for any separately required call or text-message consent.
Email Choices
You may unsubscribe from Skyline marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism in the communication or contact Skyline about your request. Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop transactional, security, or other nonmarketing communications that remain appropriate or legally required.
Text Messages & Telephone Calls
Consent to receive promotional calls or text messages is not required to purchase Skyline services. Applicable communications may use automated technology where permitted and appropriately authorized. Message frequency depends on the program, and message and data rates may apply.
To stop recurring promotional text messages from a particular messaging program, reply STOP to a message from that program. You may also contact Skyline to communicate a revocation or other communications request. Applicable revocation rights are not limited to a single keyword where law recognizes other reasonable methods.
Recordings, Transcripts & Digital Media
Certain programs may involve call or meeting recordings, transcription, or AI-assisted summaries, subject to applicable notices, permissions, and law. Professional marketing programs may also involve submitted images, recordings, voice samples, or other materials used to create requested digital or AI-generated media.
AI-Assisted Technology & Data Processing
Certain Skyline programs use licensed technology and AI-assisted tools for activities such as content generation, information extraction, organization, summarization, communications, prospect context, meeting preparation, and professional decision support. The features and providers involved depend on the enabled program and current configuration.
Information Processed by AI
Applicable processing may involve names, contact details, dates of birth, financial circumstances, assessment results, questionnaire responses, CRM information, communication content, meeting information, document-derived text, prompts, attachments, and generated outputs.
A document-processing workflow may extract text before transmitting it to an AI provider. Other features may transmit an attachment or recording itself. Professional customers and individuals whose information is submitted should not assume that processing only involves anonymous information or that removing a particular identifier removes all identifying context.
External AI Providers & Storage
Tactive-supported features may use external AI providers, including, but not limited to, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Voyage AI. Providers and routing may change with the enabled functionality and applicable notices, agreements, and legal requirements.
Tactive principally hosts its application records, submitted documents, and generated materials on Amazon Web Services in the United States. This does not mean that all processing occurs within Tactive’s infrastructure. Information may be transmitted to, processed by, or retained in external AI, CRM, assessment, communications, analytics, and other provider systems.
External providers operate under their applicable terms, settings, and agreements. Data-use and retention practices may differ by provider, account, feature, endpoint, and circumstance. This policy does not promise zero data retention, that every provider receives only anonymized information, or that no identifiable information leaves Tactive-controlled infrastructure.
Although some commercial AI services restrict model training on customer API data under their applicable terms, this policy does not make a universal no-training representation about every provider or service. Support, security monitoring, evaluation, retention, and model training are different activities and may be governed by different terms.
Evaluation, Troubleshooting & Improvement
Applicable support and improvement activities may include reviewing submitted information, generated analyses, communication records, or other service materials to investigate problems, evaluate output quality, and improve prompts or workflows. These activities are distinct from training or fine-tuning a model.
This policy does not represent that all information used for these activities has been anonymized. Such processing remains subject to applicable purposes, access permissions, agreements, notices, and legal requirements.
Professional Decision Support & Consumer Education
Skyline-authorized Product Considerations are AI-assisted decision-support materials for appropriately licensed or authorized financial professionals within the restricted professional experience supported by Tactive. Raw professional-only outputs are subject to restrictions prohibiting export and client presentation and are not automatically approved consumer recommendations. Professional customers must not distribute those outputs through screenshots, downloads, printing, email, or other methods that bypass the applicable restrictions.
A Professional Review & Approval acknowledgment records the professional’s review and responsibility. It does not mean Skyline or Tactive has endorsed a product, approved a consumer recommendation, or completed the professional’s required suitability, best-interest, fiduciary, tax, legal, or supervisory analysis.
Skyline’s public educational content and interactive experiences are not intended to provide personalized investment advice or insurance recommendations or, by themselves, establish a regulated advisory or insurance relationship. AI-assisted information may contain errors, omissions, incomplete inputs, or unsupported assumptions. Any personalized recommendation must be developed and communicated by the appropriately authorized professional under the applicable relationship.
How Information May Be Shared
Information may be disclosed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable notices, permissions, agreements, and law. The recipients involved depend on the service and the information provided.
Tactive-Licensed Technology
Information relevant to enabled RothAI, AnnuityAI, and related professional workflows may be provided to Tactive Advisors, LLC and applicable providers to support processing, assessments, document handling, analysis, service administration, and professional decision support.
Service Providers & Technology Platforms
Applicable providers may support hosting, cloud infrastructure, CRM, assessments, email and text delivery, scheduling, document management, electronic signatures, meetings, video, AI, analytics, advertising, payments, security, or technical support.
Depending on the enabled service, providers may include Amazon Web Services, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Capital Preferences, external AI providers, and applicable communications, scheduling, analytics, advertising, and other technology providers. Not every provider receives every category of information or participates in every program.
Certain providers maintain information in their own systems. Primary storage within Tactive does not eliminate these separate records or the provider’s applicable retention practices.
Participating Financial Professionals & Firms
Professional customer and firm representative information may be shared with authorized personnel of the relevant organization for onboarding, account administration, support, or the requested service. In covered prospect and client workflows, relevant information may be provided to the participating professional or firm associated with the requested experience so it can respond to an inquiry, conduct an assessment or meeting, and provide applicable services.
For prospect and client workflows, shared information may include contact details, questionnaire responses, financial information, assessment results, submitted documents, and engagement records relevant to the enabled experience. Subsequent professional advice, communications, and independent information handling are also subject to that professional’s applicable privacy notices, permissions, and legal obligations.
A requested introduction or submission to one program does not, by itself, authorize unrestricted distribution to unrelated firms or every form of independent marketing. Additional distribution or use must have an appropriate legal basis and any required notice or permission.
Advertising & Analytics Providers
Applicable advertising or analytics services may receive identifiers, technical information, and interaction or conversion events for measurement, attribution, or audience matching. Depending on applicable law, certain disclosures may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activity even when information is not exchanged for a direct monetary payment.
Legal, Compliance & Safety Purposes
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary and permitted to comply with law, legal process, regulatory or supervisory obligations, preservation requirements, or applicable agreements; investigate misuse or security concerns; establish or defend legal claims; or protect rights, property, security, and safety.
Business Transactions
Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, asset sale, or similar transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality safeguards and legal requirements.
Processing Locations
Skyline and applicable providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Primary Tactive storage in the United States is not a representation that every external provider processes or retains information exclusively in the United States.
Tactive, Financial Professionals & Separate Relationships
Skyline’s Role
Skyline provides marketing, lead-generation, automation, technology-enabled programs, and consulting. Skyline does not independently provide personalized investment advice or insurance recommendations through these programs.
Tactive’s Technology Role
Skyline licenses certain technology supporting its RothAI and AnnuityAI programs from Tactive Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser. Tactive may receive and process information to operate the enabled technology and provide professional decision-support functionality.
Skyline and Tactive are separate legal businesses. Their technology relationship does not, by itself, establish an investment-advisory relationship between Tactive and a website visitor or prospect, or mean that Tactive supervises every participating professional.
Professionals do not need to affiliate with Tactive to use Skyline services. Any advisory, TAMP, or other platform relationship with Tactive requires its own applicable arrangement, disclosures, and terms. SEC registration does not imply government approval or endorsement of a business, technology, or recommendation.
Participating Professionals & Their Firms
Participating professionals may operate through independent RIAs, broker-dealers, insurance organizations, or other financial-services firms. They remain responsible for their own licensing and authorization, recommendations, client relationships, professional communications, and applicable suitability, best-interest, fiduciary, supervisory, and recordkeeping obligations.
A professional’s insurance license does not, by itself, establish authorization to provide investment advice or securities recommendations. The scope of any service depends on the professional’s actual licensing, registration, firm permissions, and engagement.
These professionals and firms may maintain separate privacy notices and information-handling practices. Those notices and applicable law govern their own processing; they do not eliminate Skyline’s responsibilities for its own activities.
Professional Submissions & Privacy Responsibilities
Professional customers and their firms are responsible for having appropriate authority to submit, connect, or otherwise make prospect, client, personnel, or other third-party information available for the requested services. They must provide applicable notices, obtain required permissions and firm approvals, and follow applicable privacy, confidentiality, licensing, supervision, and recordkeeping requirements. Information should be limited to what is relevant to the enabled workflow.
A professional’s submission of another person’s information does not, by itself, authorize every possible use, disclosure, AI processing activity, or marketing communication. Applicable collection notices, permissions, agreements, and law remain relevant. Skyline and Tactive retain responsibility for their respective activities; professional submission responsibilities do not transfer all privacy obligations to the professional or firm.
Data Retention, Deletion & Service Transitions
Inactive Skyline Prospect Records
Skyline has adopted a policy of retaining inactive prospect records for five years after the last meaningful prospect activity, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements, documented retention exceptions, valid privacy requests, disputes, litigation holds, and other preservation obligations.
Meaningful activity may include substantive prospect engagement, a meeting, or a material information update. Sending automated nurture messages alone does not necessarily establish renewed meaningful activity.
Other Records & Required Preservation
Professional customer, firm representative, onboarding, billing, contract, and support records may have retention periods different from inactive consumer prospect records. Other information may also have different periods, including active service records, professional or advisory records, transaction records, communications preferences, consent evidence, audit records, security information, and information required to establish or defend legal claims. Applicable law may require a longer or shorter period.
The five-year prospect policy does not override a legal obligation to preserve a record or establish a universal deletion period for every type of information held by Skyline, Tactive, participating professionals, or vendors.
Deletion & Copies in Other Systems
Actual deletion depends on the record involved, the applicable systems, authorized procedures, and retention or preservation requirements. The retention policy is not a guarantee that every copy is automatically erased on the same date.
Removing information from an active system does not necessarily immediately remove copies from backups, historical storage versions, generated materials, vendor systems, or records that must be preserved. Applicable providers may have separate retention and deletion practices.
Ending a marketing program or technology relationship does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. Authorized transfers, access termination, and disposition of eligible records are handled under applicable arrangements and legal requirements.
Information Security
Skyline uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Applicable technology providers also maintain safeguards for the services they operate.
Safeguards and access permissions depend on the system, feature, provider, and configuration. A description of hosting or technology functionality is not a guarantee that every provider applies identical controls.
No website, database, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Skyline cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.
This policy does not represent that Skyline or Tactive holds SOC 2 or ISO certification or attestation, has completed independent penetration testing, or has a universal zero-data-retention arrangement.
Users are responsible for protecting their own credentials, devices, and accounts, using authorized access, and promptly reporting suspected misuse or unauthorized activity.
Your Privacy Rights & Choices
Privacy choices may concern information about a professional customer, firm representative, website visitor, consumer prospect, or client. The rights available depend on where the individual lives, the laws applicable to the business or record, and the processing involved. A business relationship does not, by itself, establish or exclude every privacy right.
Where applicable, these may include rights to:
- Know about the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information
- Request access to personal information and a portable copy of certain records
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of eligible information
- Opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising activities
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law provides that right
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Appeal a request decision where applicable law provides an appeal right
- Exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination
These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. A request may not require deletion of information that must be retained for regulatory recordkeeping, legal claims, security, or another recognized exception.
To submit a privacy request about your information, or information you are authorized to act on, use the Contact Us section below and identify the request as a privacy matter. Describe whether the request concerns a professional customer account, firm representative, website visit, or prospect or client record, and identify the relevant website or program so the appropriate records and responsible organization can be identified.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding to certain requests. Verification requirements depend on the request and applicable law. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to applicable authorization and verification requirements.
If your request concerns information independently held by a participating professional or another business, you may also need to contact that organization. A request to Skyline does not automatically direct every separate business to delete its records.
Where applicable law recognizes an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, that signal may apply to specified processing. Browser cookie settings and preference signals do not necessarily withdraw every communications consent or stop processing needed for a requested service.
If you believe a request was incorrectly handled, contact Skyline and describe the issue or request an appeal where applicable. Do not send sensitive financial documents or identification numbers through an ordinary contact form to initiate a request.
Children’s Privacy
This website and Skyline’s professional services are intended for adult financial professionals and financial-services organizations. Associated consumer-facing programs are intended for adults seeking financial education or related services.
This website is not directed toward children under 13, and Skyline does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this website, contact Skyline. If we learn that information was collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address the information.
Third-Party Websites & Services
Skyline websites and communications may contain links to independent websites, applications, social-media platforms, or services. Their own privacy notices and terms may govern information they collect independently.
Vendors used to deliver Skyline services are different from websites you independently choose to visit. Their processing may also be subject to applicable service agreements, instructions, privacy notices, and legal requirements.
An embedded form, scheduling tool, payment interface, assessment, or upload experience may process information through another provider. Review any contextual notices and applicable privacy information presented in that experience.
Linking to or using a third-party service does not eliminate Skyline’s obligations for its own collection, use, or disclosure of information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Skyline may update this policy to reflect changes in services, providers, processing activities, business practices, or applicable requirements.
The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Additional notice or consent will be provided or obtained where required by applicable law.
Posting a revised policy does not, by itself, create call or text-message consent or authorize a materially different use of previously collected information where additional permission or another legal basis is required.
Contact Us
Professionals, firm representatives, website visitors, prospects, and clients may submit questions about this policy, Skyline’s privacy practices, or personal information requests through Skyline’s contact page.
Please identify your message as a “Privacy Request” and describe the relevant website or program and the type of request. Provide enough contact information for a response, but do not include Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, passwords, tax documents, or other sensitive materials in an ordinary contact submission.
If additional information is needed to verify or complete your request, the appropriate process can be addressed separately.
