Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern use of skylineconsulting.io and Skyline-operated online resources that expressly reference these Terms. This website is primarily intended for financial professionals and financial-services organizations.

By using resources governed by these Terms, you agree to these Terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use of those resources. Merely visiting a page does not establish that you have read these Terms or that Skyline has recorded affirmative acceptance.

These Terms do not replace an applicable program agreement, statement of work, technology-access agreement, or separate provider terms. For a specific service, the applicable service agreement controls over conflicting general website provisions, subject to applicable law. These Terms do not give website visitors rights under the separate Tactive–Skyline technology license.

If you accept terms or enter an agreement on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization. Any separate acceptance mechanism or eligibility requirement applies as presented for the particular service.

Nature of Skyline Services

Skyline Digital Consulting provides marketing, lead-generation, technology, automation, consulting, and business-growth services to independent insurance agents, financial advisors, registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, financial-services organizations, and enterprise partners.

Services may include websites, advertising infrastructure, CRM configuration, educational content, questionnaires, appointment workflows, email and SMS automation, and AI-assisted professional workflow support. Available services depend on the selected program, authorized access, current configuration, and applicable agreements.

Website descriptions do not, by themselves, create a service commitment or amend an existing agreement. Fees, deliverables, access rights, support obligations, and commercial commitments are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Financial Services Limitations

This corporate website and Skyline’s public marketing and educational materials are intended for informational, educational, marketing, technology, and business purposes. They are not intended to provide individualized investment, insurance, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Skyline does not independently provide personalized investment advice or insurance recommendations to consumers through its RothAI and AnnuityAI programs. Any personalized advice, recommendation, suitability or best-interest determination, fiduciary decision, or other regulated activity must be undertaken by an appropriately licensed or authorized professional under the applicable relationship.

Tactive Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser and separate legal business, provides licensed technology supporting applicable Skyline programs. Skyline users have a restricted professional-only experience within that technology. Technology access and information processing do not, by themselves, establish an investment-advisory relationship with Tactive or mean that Tactive supervises every participating professional.

Professionals do not need to affiliate with Tactive to use Skyline services. Any separate advisory, investment-management, TAMP, or other platform relationship requires its own applicable arrangements and disclosures. SEC registration does not imply government approval or endorsement.

Each organization remains responsible for its own activities and applicable obligations. Skyline’s technology-enabled programs do not replace a professional’s licensing, supervisory, or compliance requirements.

Use by Financial Professionals

Professional programs must be used within the user’s actual licenses, registrations, authorizations, firm permissions, and permitted scope of practice. Access does not expand that scope. An insurance license does not, by itself, authorize investment advice or securities recommendations.

Participating professionals and firms remain responsible for their recommendations, client relationships, professional communications, documentation, supervision, recordkeeping, and applicable suitability, best-interest, fiduciary, and other legal or regulatory obligations.

You must independently review and verify information used in professional work and obtain any required supervisory or compliance approval. You must have appropriate authority to submit or connect another person’s information, provide required notices, obtain required permissions, and comply with applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.

Professional responsibility does not eliminate Skyline’s, Tactive’s, or another provider’s responsibility for its own activities.

AI-Assisted Tools and Automated Technology

Certain programs use AI-assisted technology for information extraction, organization, summarization, content generation, illustrative analysis, and professional decision support. Features and providers depend on the enabled program and current configuration.

AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, unsupported assumptions, outdated information, or conclusions inappropriate for the individual’s circumstances. The responsible professional must independently verify source information, assumptions, calculations, product features, and conclusions before relying on them.

FOR FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY — AI-ASSISTED DECISION SUPPORT — NOT CLIENT PRESENTATION MATERIAL.

Raw professional-only Product Considerations are AI-assisted decision-support materials, not client presentation materials. Users must not export, download, print, email, or distribute those outputs to consumers, including through screenshots, copied text, recordings, or integrations that bypass applicable restrictions. Restrictions on raw-output export and sharing remain in effect after professional review.

A Professional Review & Approval acknowledgment records the professional’s review and responsibility. It does not constitute Skyline’s or Tactive’s approval of a recommendation, completion of required suitability, best-interest, fiduciary, or supervisory analysis, or removal of professional-only restrictions.

Any permitted client-facing material must be separately prepared, independently verified, and reviewed by the responsible professional and any required supervisory personnel. AI assistance does not replace professional judgment or required approvals.

AI processing may involve external providers and transmission of identifiable information to third-party processors. These Terms do not promise that all information remains exclusively within Tactive’s infrastructure, that all inputs are anonymous, or that every provider operates under zero-data-retention arrangements. Applicable privacy notices and service agreements describe relevant processing practices.

Information, Availability and Accuracy

Skyline seeks to provide useful, current website information, but content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated descriptions. Illustrations, estimates, assumptions, demonstrations, and examples must be evaluated in context and do not guarantee an outcome.

Available features and services depend on the selected program, authorized access, and applicable agreement. Specific service commitments, including any agreed service levels, are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Skyline may update public content and change available functionality subject to applicable law and contractual obligations. Website updates do not, by themselves, change agreed fees, packages, deliverables, or existing service commitments.

No Guaranteed Marketing or Business Results

Skyline does not guarantee any particular number or quality of leads, prospects, appointments, clients, insurance applications, commissions, assets under management, revenue, return on advertising spend, or other marketing or business outcome.

Results depend on factors including audience, geography, advertising budget, market conditions, offer, follow-up, professional qualifications, firm policies, and implementation. Examples, estimates, testimonials, and historical results do not establish what another user will achieve.

Any specific contractual commitment is governed by the applicable service agreement and does not create a general guarantee for other visitors or programs.

Accounts, Credentials and Restricted Access

Some resources require an authorized account or restricted program access. You must provide accurate account information, use only access granted to you, protect your credentials, and follow applicable account-security and firm requirements.

Do not share credentials or permit another person to use professional-only access without authorization. Notify Skyline through its contact page if you become aware of unauthorized access or compromised credentials relating to Skyline resources.

Access is subject to the applicable service or platform agreement. These Terms do not promise a particular authentication method, access entitlement, or continued availability of paid services beyond those arrangements.

Acceptable Use

You must use resources governed by these Terms lawfully and within applicable authorizations. You must not:

• Use the website or programs for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, registration, licensing, organization, or authority.
• Submit or connect another person’s information without appropriate authority, required notices, and required permissions.
• Upload account credentials, Social Security numbers, account numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information through ordinary contact forms or channels not designated for that information.
• Present public educational content or AI-assisted outputs as approved personalized advice or guaranteed results.
• Export, copy, record, distribute, or present restricted raw professional-only outputs in violation of applicable restrictions, including through screenshots or integrations.
• Bypass access controls, professional-only restrictions, security measures, or required review workflows.
• Introduce malicious code, interfere with systems, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, networks, or information.
• Scrape or systematically extract restricted content or personal information without authorization.
• Send unlawful marketing communications or use program data contrary to applicable permissions, law, or firm requirements.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, branding, trademarks, program names, designs, text, graphics, workflows, diagrams, software, interfaces, videos, documents and other materials are owned by Skyline, licensed to Skyline or used with permission.

You may view and use publicly available website content for legitimate informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected Skyline materials except with prior written permission or where otherwise permitted by law.

"Skyline Digital Consulting," "RothAI," "AnnuityAI" and other names, branding or marks displayed on this website may be trademarks, service marks, trade names or other protected identifiers of Skyline or their respective owners.

Third-Party Services, Platforms and Links

Skyline resources may link to, integrate with, or depend on third-party platforms, processors, AI providers, advertising services, CRM systems, communications providers, and other services. Those providers may have separate terms, privacy notices, availability limitations, and access requirements.

A link does not, by itself, establish endorsement, supervision, or a professional relationship. Review the terms and notices applicable to any separate third-party service you choose to use.

Skyline does not control every third-party action or guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability. This does not eliminate Skyline’s responsibility for its own service commitments, representations, vendor selection and configuration, information handling, or other applicable obligations.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes applicable information-handling practices for experiences within its stated scope. Separate services or websites may provide their own notices. Review notices presented where information is collected or a service is used.

Visiting this website, reading a policy, or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, provide every permission required for marketing calls or texts, recordings, sensitive-information processing, or another person’s information. Applicable notices, permissions, agreements, and law govern the particular activity.

These Terms do not override applicable privacy rights or authorize materially different information uses merely because website wording changes. Professional users remain responsible for their own notices, permissions, confidentiality, and lawful submissions; Skyline and its providers remain responsible for their respective activities.

Disclaimers

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PUBLIC WEBSITE CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Skyline does not promise that public website content will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Users should independently verify information before relying on it.

These public-website disclaimers do not override express commitments in an applicable service agreement, eliminate obligations imposed by law, or exclude rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not establish that Skyline has satisfied its own security, privacy, or other legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Skyline will not be liable in connection with use of the public website for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data to the extent those losses fall within such excluded categories.

This limitation applies to public website use and does not replace the allocation of responsibility or liability in an applicable service agreement. It does not exclude or limit liability to the extent doing so is prohibited by applicable law, including applicable non-waivable consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms excuses unlawful conduct or eliminates responsibility for obligations that cannot lawfully be waived. Where an exclusion is not permitted, it applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Skyline against third-party claims and reasonable related costs to the extent caused by your unlawful use of resources governed by these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized submission or disclosure of another person’s information, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Skyline for claims to the extent caused by Skyline’s own negligence, willful misconduct, violation of law, or breach of its own obligations. It does not override a separate agreement’s indemnification provisions or impose liability solely because you submitted information lawfully.

Any indemnification request must be supported by the relevant claim and basis for responsibility. Nothing here authorizes a party to admit liability or settle a claim on another party’s behalf without appropriate authority.

Suspension or Termination of Access

Skyline may restrict or suspend public website or unauthorized resource access to address misuse, security concerns, violations of these Terms, or legal or operational requirements, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

Paid program access, termination rights, notice, transition assistance, and authorized data export are governed by the applicable service or platform agreement. These website Terms do not grant a general thirty-day transition period, unrestricted access, or export rights under the separate Tactive–Skyline license.

Suspension or termination does not, by itself, authorize deletion of records required to be retained, eliminate applicable privacy rights, or lift restrictions on raw professional-only AI outputs. Retention, deletion requests, and permitted access or export remain subject to applicable notices, agreements, and law.

Changes to These Terms

Skyline may revise these Terms and will identify the revision date on this page. Review the current Terms when using resources governed by them. Additional notice or affirmative agreement will be provided or obtained where required by applicable law or an existing agreement.

Updates to website content or these Terms do not, by themselves, amend an existing service agreement, change accepted program fees or commitments, or authorize materially different uses of previously collected information.

Continued website use is not a substitute for notice, consent, or agreement required for a particular contractual change, communication, or information-processing activity.

Governing Law

These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory rights and requirements that cannot be waived. This page does not designate an exclusive jurisdiction, court, or arbitration procedure.

An applicable separate service agreement may address governing law, venue, or dispute resolution for the commercial relationship it covers. Such provisions apply according to that agreement and applicable law; they do not automatically bind every public website visitor.

Miscellaneous

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Skyline’s failure to enforce a provision does not, by itself, waive its right to enforce it later.

These Terms govern only the resources within their stated scope. Separate program, service, licensing, and platform agreements govern the services they cover. These Terms do not grant ownership of technology, unrestricted output-export rights, or third-party-beneficiary rights under the Tactive–Skyline license.

Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory legal rights or another party’s responsibility for its own conduct.
